Volunteer Self Evaluation

Your ability to present and facilitate in-class activities has made Northern Geneskool a success!

When you visit an elementary or secondary school, you are actually teaching those students different genetic and genomic concepts.

We'd like to offer you the opportunity to reflect on your teaching during the past school year.

Reflection is an important tool used by presenters and teachers to determine:
A) Strengths and weaknesses of a presentation or teaching approach to a topic.
B) Strengths and weaknesses of the activity or activities used to teach a topic.
C) Recommendations for future teaching approaches and activities.

Please comment on the strengths and weaknesses of your teaching this year

Next year, we will ask volunteers to reflect not only on their teaching but also on the strengths and weaknesses of Northern Geneskool’s in-class activities.  This information will greatly assist with improving the Northern Geneskool activity and volunteer training programs.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to provide Northern Geneskool with valuable feedback!
