As a Senior Lab Instructor and Professional Forester within UNBC’s Ecosystem Science and Management Program, Doug has a broad interest in all ecosystem processes, from the molecular level to the biome. His work also includes community outreach activities to promote the fun and exciting careers available in resources management and conservation sciences. He recently volunteered with Geneskool North to learn more about genetics, as they are an important building block of biological diversity.
