Y Chromosome
What it's not: That special something so that men don't have to ask ‘why' (or for directions)
What it is: One of the two sex chromosomes. Men generally have one X chromosome and one Y chromosome whereas women have two X chromosomes. The Y chromosome contains the gene that triggers male development (SRY) and other Y chromosome genes are required for proper sperm formation.
